These terms apply to bookings with Australian Expo Media (“we”, “us”). By confirming a quote you agree to them.

Quotes and bookings

Quotes are valid for 30 days. A booking is confirmed once you accept the quote in writing and any deposit stated in the quote is paid.

Event details

You agree to give us accurate event information, including venue, stand location, access times, bump-in requirements and an on-site contact. Extra hours or services requested on the day are charged at our standard rates.

Delivery

We offer three delivery options: same-day social edits on site, delivery within 3 days, and delivery within 1 week. The option and turnaround for your booking are set out in your quote.

Changes and cancellations

Please tell us about changes as early as possible. Cancellation terms, including any non-refundable deposit, are set out in your quote.

Usage rights

Once paid in full, you may use the delivered photos and video for your own business marketing. We may use selected content in our portfolio with your permission. Talent appearing in content may have their own usage conditions, which we will tell you about when booking.

Liability

We take care to deliver every booking as agreed. Nothing in these terms excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
