Australian Expo Media (“we”, “us”) provides exhibition photography, videography, promo models and staff, performers and MCs, DJ bookings, 360° capture, live streaming and social media content in Melbourne and across Australia. We respect your privacy and handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

What we collect

When you enquire or book, we may collect your name, company, email, phone number, event details and any files you send us. When you visit this website we may collect standard technical data such as browser type and pages viewed.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to enquiries, prepare quotes, plan and deliver your event coverage, send invoices and, with your consent, share occasional updates. We do not sell your personal information.

Photos and video from events

Images and footage we capture at expos are delivered to the client who booked us. We only use event content in our own portfolio or social channels with the client’s permission. If you appear in content and would like it removed from our channels, please contact us.

Sharing

We only share information with people who help us deliver your booking (for example our photographers, talent and trusted service providers such as email and hosting services), or where the law requires it.

Storage and security

We take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access, and we keep it only as long as we need it for the purposes above or as required by law.
