How far ahead should we book for an expo?

We suggest booking four to six weeks ahead for major shows, but we can often help at shorter notice, so just ask.

How does the booking process work?

Send your show details, we confirm crew and talent, share a run-sheet, then shoot on the day and deliver your files.

Can you work within my event budget?

Yes. We tailor packages to your stand size and goals, and suggest where to save without losing impact on the day.

Can you supply models, MCs and DJs together?

Yes. One booking can cover photographers, videographers, promo models, hosts, MCs, guest performers and DJs.

How fast do we receive photos and video?

Choose from three options: on-site same-day social edits, full delivery within 3 days, or within 1 week.
